This document contains the rules for Davidaaronadams.com, Aranova.Davidaaronadams.com, Site.Davidaaronadams.com and all subdomains and subfolders thereof.
By using any Davidaaronadams.com service and/or storage space, you grant David Adams conclusive power over any content used within the service.

I, David Adams, set these rules and guidelines.
I am the highest authority while using davidaaronadams.com systems and/or services.

Rules:
Mature Content:
Any user generated content will be monitored for actions directly impacting a real human and the content therein may be subject to the jurisdiction and investigation of the United States Government under Florida law. Otherwise, any speech not directed at a real person living or dead that does not incite violence or harm toward a person living or dead will be considered as falling under the right of free speech. Depictions of illegal acts, coordination (even hypothetical) of those acts, or any unlawful and duly illegal actions taken on this platform outside of the rights protected by the first amendment of the United States of America, will be summarily turned over for investigation by the proper authorities.
Please expect that all user generated content will be expected to have the possibility to contain content which may be considered R or NC17, this content, unless otherwise aforementioned, will not be subject to moderation.
Chats:
A chat is regarded owned by the Chat Master, in the sense that the underlying software is not part of the chat itself. Thus, all contents of the chat is legally owned by the Chat Master. This includes, but is not limited to, deciding who has access to the contents, deciding who may alter the contents, and deleting the contents.
This means that a Chat Master has final say in who does what in his/her chat, within the constraints of international law.
It is not allowed to advertise in a chat without prior written consent from the Chat Master of the chat. If the advertisement is for-profit, then it is not allowed without my written consent.
Privacy:
Any personal information gathered from Davidaaronadams.com services may not be given, sold or otherwise turned over to third party without the written consent of the user. This includes, but is not limited to: Name (first, last, middle), initials, title, occupation, address, country, telephone number, email, income, expenses, maritial status, conversations, documents, emails.
This does not, however, exempt illegal or harmful content from being turned over to authorities upon written request.
An email is regarded equal to a sealed letter, so it can be used for written consent.
Failure to comply:
Not complying to these rules will result in a warning or being blocked from the service, at my discretion. Should the failure continue then removal as Chat, Master, at my discretion, can ensue. Users can, at my discretion, be blocked from the service at any time at my personal discretion.
